The hotel is situated in a good location with easy access to local restaurants and shopping areas. the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. the fact that the hotel offers free breakfast is a great perk, and the food offered was plentiful and tasty. our room was nicely decorated and had a good view of the city.
the hotel was very noisy, and we had trouble sleeping due to people coming and going at all hours of the night.

We were travelling by train and it was close to the via Rail Station. Staff were very friendly and the resturant had generous breakfast portions for the cost.
There was no blow dryer in the room and when I indicated this to the clerk as I was checking out he told me they were available for the asking at the desk. They should post it in the rooms to let you know as by check out time it was too late.

We had a great stay at a hotel located in the heart of downtown. the location was convenient as it was just a short walk from the train station. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which had a variety of options including fresh fruit and croissants. One of the advantages of staying here was being close to restaurants and the casino in the area.
We did witness some unsavory characters in the vicinity of the hotel, which made us feel a bit uneasy.

Location
Door did not open changed cards 10 times prior to sending maintainence person to fix it Maintainence person spend 1.5 hours fixing it we were reassured that it was working when he left. When we came back door did not work . At 1100 pm we were asked to clear our room and move into another suite with our 2 young tired and cranky kids. Manager did not apologize seem annoyed with us that we were causing him an inconvience .
